Details: What’s the tradition behind tacos? Join us in the kitchen with Pati Jinich for an exploration of recipes, ingredients, and techniques from her new cookbook Mexican Today: New and Rediscovered Recipes for the Contemporary Kitchen. Visit the museum’s Stars and Stripes Café to try a lunch of dishes inspired by the cookbook. After the demo, Pati will sign copies of her books which will be available for sale. Pati is the host of “Pati’s Mexican Table” on PBS and a regular guest on NBC’s “Today” and ABC’s “The Chew.” Don’t miss this special event!
